our capabilities as a rubber extrudermake
us one of the only gasket and seal
manufacturers in the US to utilize
both of the manufacturing processes
for making these products.

be split to thickness in preparation
for fabrication.
Reed has continuous bun stock
that meets ASTM D1056 specifications.
Buns are continuous or in
sheet form and can be split
down to any gauge, laminated,
slit and or die cut. Other
materials include PVC, Neoprene,
EPDM, Polyethylene and EVA.

yield on such equipment as
our "smart press". The "smart
press" has a rotating head
that can be programmed for
each job.
Our kiss cutter is able to
cut through the material down
to the paper release liner.

Rubber has "baloney slicing"
capacity to handle 18" and
24" diameter rolls. Our equipment
has been upgraded to provide
a clean cut.
New equipment allows us to
continuously laminate and
die cut.
